Your purchase

Solo Business OS costs $79 USD as a one-time payment. Any applicable tax is shown by Stripe before payment. No subscription is created. Purchase grants the single-buyer license for the delivered version. Review the product scope and browser requirements before buying.

Product and delivery

The product consists of a local HTML application and customer documentation. Keep your own product copy and JSON backups. Perpetual hosted access is not promised. For purchase or access questions, contact support. Automatic delivery is still undergoing launch verification.

Solo records operational information. It does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice, generate invoices, process your clients’ payments, synchronize to the cloud or enable live team collaboration.

Your workspace

Records stay in your browser profile, not in the HTML file. Keep regular JSON backups and verify them. Clearing browser data can erase the active workspace. You control the client information entered and must have permission to use it. We cannot guarantee recovery of data deleted without a backup.

Corrections and support

Your purchase includes the delivered version and corrections made available for that version when published. No lifetime updates, fixed release cadence or free future major versions are promised. Future major versions may have separate terms. See support scope and the refund policy.

Fair limitations

No particular business result is guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support to resolve an issue. Changes to these terms do not retrospectively remove rights granted for an existing purchase.
