Solo Business OS v1.1
The cost of fragmentation
A promising lead becomes a client. The client has a project. The project has next steps. Eventually, there’s money to record. When each part lives somewhere else, you have to rebuild the story every time you sit down to work.
One continuous workflow
Keep the opportunity and its status in your CRM.
Mark the lead won and convert it without starting the client record from scratch.
Give the work a home under that client.
Link tasks to the work they move forward.
Track expected, invoiced, overdue or paid income, and mark it paid when payment arrives.
Solo records payment status; it does not collect payments or generate invoices.
Built for attention
Bring follow-ups, active work and upcoming deadlines into view.
Move from a client to their projects, tasks and related income records without rebuilding context across apps.
Distinguish expected, invoiced, overdue and paid income for day-to-day visibility.
The practical alternative
A dedicated CRM, project manager, task app and spreadsheet can each go deeper. Solo Business OS brings the essentials of running client work alone into one personal workspace—without accounts, cloud sync or a recurring software bill.
It’s built for a single owner, not for team collaboration or specialist accounting.
Local by design
Solo Business OS is supplied as an HTML file. Open it in a modern browser and work offline. Your records save in that browser profile, not inside the HTML file. Export a JSON backup regularly; import it when moving to another computer or browser profile.

Keep a recent backup somewhere safe. Clearing browser data may erase your workspace.
Solo Business OS v1.1
Built around the flow of real solo work—not a feature count for its own sake.
A deliberately focused tool
Solo is a strong fit when you manage several active clients yourself and want the core workflow together—without another recurring software bill.
Simple ownership
No tiers, no recurring software bill, no team plan to grow into.

The details
In the local storage of the browser profile you use to open Solo. Your business records are not uploaded to a Solo cloud account.
Your workspace may be erased. Export backups regularly and keep a recent copy somewhere safe.
Yes. Export a JSON backup on the original computer, open Solo on the new one, then import that backup. Importing replaces the workspace currently open there. There is no automatic sync.
This edition is designed for one owner. It does not provide live multi-user collaboration.
Yes. The product itself opens locally in a modern browser without an account or internet connection. Purchasing and downloading it require access to the sales channel.
Your business records stay in your browser profile rather than a Solo-hosted database. That does not replace device security or backups: anyone with access to your unlocked device or backup files may be able to access your records.
No. Money is for internal operational tracking of income and expenses. Continue using appropriate invoicing, payment and accounting tools where needed.
Make Progress.
A focused place to follow opportunities, deliver work and record the money—built for the person doing it all themselves.
